Seeking a Client Support Executive to provide prompt assistance to clients via phone calls, resolving inquiries and issues related to platform usage and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Answer client calls professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
