Refund & Cancellation Policy
At SpeedBot , we aim to provide a seamless experience for our users. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
Cancellation of Subscription or Plan
- Service fees once paid are non-refundable. All prices are inclusive of taxes.
- Our subscription plans are available for one month (30 days), three months (90 days), six months (180 days), or one year (365 days) from the start of the billing cycle.
- Depending on the platform or payment method, your subscription may or may not be auto-renewing . It is your responsibility to review the subscription details at the time of purchase.
Billing & Renewal
- We charge the full subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle upon subscribing.
- Your subscription will be automatically renewed for the same duration unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel at least one day before the renewal date.
How to Cancel a Subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on "Cancel Subscription" in the billing section of the SpeedBot web/mobile platform.
- Once canceled, you can continue using the platform until the end of your current billing cycle . After that, access will be revoked.
- Example: If you subscribe on January 1, 2025 , your billing cycle ends on January 30, 2025 . If you cancel on January 19, 2025 , you can still use the platform until January 30, 2025 , but your subscription will not renew on January 31, 2025 .
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once a payment is made.
- However, users can request a refund within 72 hours of payment under special circumstances.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
